Pursuant to section 4C of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I give notice that the following substances are classified as temporary class drugs:

1-[(N-methylpiperidin-2-yl)methyl]-3-(adamant-1-oyl)indole
AM-2232
5-(3-(1-naphthoyl)-1H-indol-1-yl)pentanenitrile
UR-144
(1-pentylindol-3-yl)-(2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropyl)methanone
This notice will take effect on 6 April 2012 and will expire on 6 April 2013, unless cancelled or renewed as specified in section 4E of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
