Pursuant to section 87E(1) of the Civil Aviation Act
1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider issuing the airline a scheduled international air service licence (that would replace its current licence due to expire on 30 June 2012), and which would include enhanced route and capacity rights in respect of Japan. of Transport.
