Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 June 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Ryan Anderle in respect of The Barnyard Koru (45412), situated at 504 Racecourse Road, Te Awamutu.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
