Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 November 2009,
which was granted under those Regulations to Carol Webb in respect of Miro House 1 & 2 (30023), situated at Barrington Drive, Hamilton North, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
