Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Jayne Franklin in respect of Early Years Cornwall Young Childrens Centre (45670), situated at 3 Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt Central, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
