Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the balance residue of land in Computer Freehold Registers NL39/11 and NL48/73 (cancelled) and described as Part Sections 8 and 61 Block XVI Motueka Survey District with a total area of 771 square metres and Lot 1 DP 695 and Part Lot 5A DP 626 with a total area of 5,211 square metres with the registered proprietor of that interest being Moutere Amalgamated Fruit Lands Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register prior to 1950.
