Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 January 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Nicola Thomas
in respect of Topkids Mt 03 (30029), situated at
39 Macdonald Street, Mount Maunganui.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
