Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 June 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Cheryl Palmer
in respect of Mana Early Learning Centre 1 (45058), situated at 30 Marina View, Mana, Porirua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
