I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Fresh Free Range Chickens Limited from
the Register of Companies on 8 June 2011) with coastal permits 2006.231 to 2006.240 granted by the Otago Regional Council.
