Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 2) 2012.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised Lead Providers-The following school boards of trustees, industry training organisations, Government training establishments and institutions are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:
(a) Manurewa High School Board of Trustees, Auckland
(b) National Trade Academy Limited, Canterbury
(c) Otago Polytechnic (Cromwell Campus), Central Otago
