Under section 77A(3) of the Education Act 1989, I amend the Rules for Student Enrolment Records published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 October 2009, No. 148, page 3583, as follows:
Rule 5.1(n) of the Rules for Student Enrolment Records is amended by adding at the end of the paragraph:
"- accessing hearing and vision test results for and on behalf of a student's teacher;".
