Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Frances Ritchie in respect of Rudolf Steiner School Kindergarten 11 (65112), situated at 19 Ombersley Terrace, Opawa, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
