RSM Lawyers Nominee Company Limited ("the mortgagee under the mortgage"), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 17 Strathallan Street, Timaru, gives notice that on 13 February 2012, it entered into possession, in terms of section 137 of the Property Law Act, of the property secured under the mortgage, being Lot 1 DP 376236 (Otago Land Registry) certificate of title 306458, and Lot 2 DP 376236 (Otago Land Registry) certificate of title 306459, situated at 161 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown, together with all of the company's personal property, pursuant to the general security agreement.
