Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 35 of the Trustee Act 1956, to any persons or creditors who believe they have a claim against the estate* for any outstanding debt or interest.
Notice is required to be sent in writing along with proof of the claim or interest, care of the undersigned on behalf
of the trustees and executors for the estate.
Such notice is required on or before 16 March 2012, after which the trustees and executors will proceed to distribute the estate amongst those creditors and persons entitled, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
The estate shall not be liable for any claims at the time of administration or distribution of which notice has not been given.
