Pursuant to the Property Law Act 2007
To: Sebastian Black Limited ("the debtor").
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of a deed of loan and security agreement dated the 26th day of September 2011
("the security agreement").
Whereas in the security agreement the debtor has granted
to Immensee Trustees Limited ("the secured party") a security interest over certain collateral goods.
The secured party gives notice that on 31 October 2012, the secured party entered into possession of some of the goods, namely:
Burg Watch Phones and accessories.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is 1/20 Greensboro Street, Hamilton East, Hamilton 3216.
