of mortgage 7464791.1 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at
8 Beacondale Place, Kamo East, Whangarei, being
all the land comprised in certificate of title 334328.
The registered office of Matrix Custodian Limited is situated at Level 1, 222 Bush Road, Albany, North Harbour, Auckland 0751.
