28 August 2012 it entered into possession of the following property subject to a security agreement:
mains cabling for a 500kVA transformer;
mains switchboard;
welding area distribution board;
engineering area distribution board;
plant distribution board;
wiring to connect mains switchboard to new mains switchboard;
sub mains and cable support;
2000A Busbar "backbone" trunking distribution system;
1250A Busbar "backbone" trunking distribution system;
400A suspended Busbar trunking systems; and
250A suspended Busbar trunking.
The address for the mortgagee for communication relating to this is c/o Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Private Bag 92518, Auckland.
