that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged

fee simple as to a half-share containing 893 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Lot 97 DP 80737 and being a leasehold with Instrument L 717050.5 having legal description Flat 2 DP 85481 and together being the property known as 2/21 Moncrieff Avenue, Manurewa, Auckland.
