of title NA82A/840 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
ASB Bank Limited ("the mortgagee under the mortgage") hereby gives notice it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from April/May 2011.
The description of the land is the property known
as 408 Bawden Road, RD 2, Albany, Auckland, being described in certificate of title NA82A/840, Lot 2 DP 138712 (North Auckland Land Registry).
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is ASB Bank Limited, 360 Dominion Road, Auckland (Attention: Tony Mooney).
