that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged
land described below with effect from 19 April 2012.
The description of the mortgaged land is the property situated at 6A Moira Drive, Tuakau, South Auckland, being a crosslease estate firstly, a one-half share in a fee simple estate of 721 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6 DP 81607, and secondly, a leasehold estate in Flat 1 DP 90263 contained in Lease Instrument L593123.2.
