that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged
land described below with effect from 7 April 2012.
The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, an

secondly, a leasehold estate in lease LC577276.6 Flat 2
and Garage 2 DP 159671, being the property situated
at 29B Comins Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland.
