Harold Stuart Fraser, Daphne Eileen Fraser and Martin Roger Doole ("the mortgagees") are the secured party under
a general security agreement dated the 5th day of August 2009, pursuant to which Rainbow Industries Limited granted to the mortgagees a security interest over all of
its present and after-acquired property, which is registered under Financing Statement F73HF0BD219V5663.
The mortgagees hereby give notice that they entered
into possession of the mortgaged goods described below
on 10 April 2012.
The description of the mortgaged goods is:
All of the goods, fittings and fixtures of Rainbow Industries Limited located at 76-80 Lake Terrace, Taupo.
