Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2012, South Canterbury Finance Limited (in receivership) (formerly Palmerston North Finance Limited) ("the mortgagee"), entered into possession of the property known as Braxmere Lodge, 88 Waihi Road, Tokaanu, Turangi, described and comprised in certificate of title 8A/953 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the property") following the failure of the mortgagor, Aotearoa Resorts Limited (in liquidation), to remedy a default notice served on 29 April 2010.
