Take notice that on 11 December 2011, Matrix Custodian Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7289314.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at Waikaraka, Whangarei Harbour, being all the land comprised in certificates of title 224957, 224958, 500251, 500252, 304080, 28A/433, 50C/1469, 50C/1470, NA78D/704 and 93D/165.
The registered office of Matrix Custodian Limited is situated at Level 1, 222 Bush Road, Albany, Auckland.
