Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the above-named company from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than 11 January 2013.
