I intend to remove the following trusts from the Register of Charitable Trusts under section 293(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1955.
They were put into liquidation using the procedure of that Act, but I now have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.
KAHOA TAULEVA TRUST (in liquidation).
KARANGAHAPE DEVELOPMENT TRUST
(in liquidation).
Unless, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, written objection to the removal of any of the above-named trusts is delivered to the Registrar by 29 November 2012 (being not less than 28 days from the date of this notice), the Registrar will remove them from the Register.
