I intend to remove the following societies from the Register of Incorporated Societies under section 293(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1955.
They were put into liquidation using the procedure of that Act, but I now have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.

Unless, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, written objections to the removal of any of the above-named societies is delivered to the Registrar by 15 November 2012, being not less than 28 days from the date of this notice, the Registrar will remove them from the Register
