Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Mark Paget, liquidator of SWL LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Paget & Associates Limited, Level 2, 119 Wrights Road, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation of the company, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
