Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the above-named companies, having their registered offices at 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 September 2012.
