Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust From the Register
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, liquidator of STEWART
ISLAND VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE TRUST
(in liquidation), hereby give notice, pursuant to section 24(2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the charitable trust from the Register.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 24 February 2012.
