Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, W. G. Thomson, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the liquidation
of this company has been completed, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 7 September 2012.
