Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Mark Hector Norrie, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 15 October 2011.
I hereby give notice that it is intended to remove the companies (both in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that I have sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Anyone wishing to object, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removals must deliver his or her objection to the Registrar of Companies by 7 July 2012.
