Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company has now been completed.
The liquidator's final report and account, pursuant to section 257 of the Act, have been sent to the Registrar and a request has been lodged, pursuant to section 318 of the Act, to remove the company from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 30 March 2012.
