Notice is hereby given that AUSTRALASIAN MARITIME INSTITUTE PTY LTD intends to deregister this company name in New Zealand and will be applying to the Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register within three months from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
The company has not conducted business in New Zealand.
