Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given, under the section 341(1)(a) of the Act, that the directors of the above-named company propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months from the date of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(b)
of the Companies Act 1993, to deregister the company from carrying on business in New Zealand.
