Notice is hereby given that the above-named company, being a company incorporated overseas and registered as
an Overseas Company, intends to apply for removal from the Overseas Register on the grounds that the company
has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand, and the company will give notice to the Registrar to remove
the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
