Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), of the intention to remove EXCHANGE4FREE LIMITED ("the company") from the New Zealand Overseas Register, under section 341 of
the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
