Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry On Business in New Zealand
Notice is given that on 31 March 2013, the above-named company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand in accordance with provisions of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice will be given to the Registrar, in accordance with section 341(1)(b), after three months from this notice.
