Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Overseas Register
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of the intention to remove VIX ACIS LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
