Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Trade in
New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993,
the above-named company gives notice that, effective
3 December 2012, it will formally cease trading in
New Zealand and will request removal from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the Act.
