Notice is hereby given that KEMPPI AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, an overseas company having its place of business in Waitakere, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, seeking removal of the company from the New Zealand Register.
