Notice of Overseas Companies Ceasing to Carry On Business in New Zealand
Notice is given that on 28 February 2013, the above-named companies will cease carrying on business in New Zealand in accordance with provisions of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice will be given to the Registrar, in accordance with section 341(1)(b), after three months from the date of publication of this notice.
