Notice is hereby given that NOCTEC LIMITED, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Company Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within three months of the date this notice is published.
