Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, of the intention to remove OPTIONETICS PTY LTD, having its principal place of business at c/o DLA Phillips Fox, Level 5, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register on the grounds that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, seeking removal of the company from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register.
