Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of
the Companies Act 1993, of the intention to remove the above-named companies from the New Zealand Overseas Register after the expiration of three months from the publication of this notice, on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
