Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of ISYS CONSULTANTS PTY LTD from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that this company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
ISYS CONSULTANTS PTY LTD will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
