Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
