Notice is hereby given that SCHNEIDER & ASSOCIATES STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS, INC (a corporate incorporated in the United States of America), intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
SCHNEIDER & ASSOCIATES STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS, INC, will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Overseas Registrar not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
