Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that TIDEWATER MARINE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ("the branch") will cease to carry on business in New Zealand from 1 September 2012.
The branch will, on or after 6 December 2012, give notice to be removed from the Overseas Companies Register pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
