Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pacific Tech (the New Zealand branch), domiciled at Christchurch, being the subsidiary branch of Australian company VIRGIN TECH PTY LTD (ABN 37101808879, registered at Bowen Hills, Queensland, Australia), officially ceased trading/operations in December 2011.
It is the intention of Pacific Tech and its board of directors to execute the deregistration of Pacific Tech with the Companies Office and Inland Revenue Department on or before 31 October 2012.
Pacific Tech will not be preparing nor publishing audited financial statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2012.
Any and all public objections as to the deregistration
of Pacific Tech should be lodged in writing with the Companies Office, Northern Business Centre, Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, within three months after the date of publication of this notice.
